- How does the review funnel work?
- Customers open your link or scan your QR, then rate their experience. If they choose 4 or 5 stars, they’re sent to leave a public review on Google or Yelp. If they choose 1–3 stars, they see a private feedback form instead. That feedback goes only to your dashboard, not to Google or Yelp.
- Do I need a Google Business Profile?
- Yes. Your review link sends happy customers to your Google (or Yelp) page. You need a Google Business Profile and its review link to use the funnel for Google reviews. You can find the link in Google Business under Share or Get more reviews.
- Is private feedback really private?
- Yes. 1–3 star responses are stored only in your JoltReview account. They are not posted to Google, Yelp, or anywhere public. Only you and your team can see them in the dashboard.
