Pricing questions
- Can I try Premium before paying?
- Yes. Every account gets a 3-day Premium trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all Premium features during the trial.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your account drops to the Free plan. You keep your review link, QR code, and basic dashboard. Premium features (AI insights, competitors, SMS, email reports) become locked until you subscribe.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
- Yes. You can switch anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard. If you switch from monthly to yearly, the remaining monthly balance is prorated.
- How do I cancel?
- Open your dashboard, go to Subscription, and click Manage subscription. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal. No penalties, no lock-in.
- Is there a refund policy?
- Yes. Check our Refund & Cancellation policy for details. We want you to be happy with the product.
